Remote BPO Sales and Business Development Director with Client Le

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum 10 years of proven track record of successful B2B sales in the offshoring or outsourcing industry, with at least 3-5 years' experience in a managerial capacity. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the offshoring industry, offshore processes, and client needs in both the US and international markets. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and expansion strategies. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as required for company or client meetings and international market exploration. Flexibility to work on a graveyard shift to align with US hours and be able to generate and contact client leads. Requirement for Remote/Work
From Home arrangement. Applicant must have quiet workspace, personal computer, reliable internet connection, and backup power and internet in case of service interruptions.
