MIRA Le Fleur is a premier floral design house known for elegance, creativity, and world-class customer service. We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate who is passionate, motivated, and ready to grow with us.

About the Role

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that combines artistry and business excellence. You will support both sales operations and marketing initiatives to deliver the signature MIRA experience to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is highly driven, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a luxury lifestyle and floral brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-person, online, and through phone inquiries.
  • Assist in sales transactions, upselling, and client relationship management.
  • Support daily marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand promotions.
  • Track leads, inquiries, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to support strategic marketing plans.
  • Assist in event coordination, workshops, and pop-up activations.
  • Maintain showroom/kiosk presentation and ensure products reflect MIRA's standards of elegance.
