We're looking for a Graphic Designer who blends creative flair with strategic thinking and technical precision—especially within the Microsoft Ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, confidently engages with clients, and transforms ideas into compelling visual stories. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and events
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (especially PowerPoint and Word); familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Solutions is a strong advantage
  • Bonus: Experience in video editing (Premiere, After Effects), website interface design (e.g., Squarespace), and event branding
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, content, events, tech)
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and a desire to grow within a tech-forward creative team

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
  • Oversee the visual direction and execution of various projects, including branding, advertising, web design, and video editing
  • Occasionally create motion graphics and animations for social media, web, and video content.
  • Contribute to concept development, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with the client's vision and brand standards.
  • Provide creative insights to support marketing campaigns and activations
  • Translate brand strategy into concept and creative materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques for asset creation, and best practices.

Work Arrangement:

  • Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
  • Work-from-home (with occasional on-site work in Metro Manila)
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
