The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing print campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and in-store visual collateral. This role also supports the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of internal documentation, including presentations, templates, guidelines, and communication packs.

The main responsibilities of a GRAPHIC DESIGNER include:

  • Design and produce print materials such as POS assets, signage, window decals, and in-store marketing collateral.
  • Prepare and manage print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in production specifications, colour standards, and finishing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal documents, including presentations, templates, guidelines, and communication materials.
  • Assist in the creation and rollout of seasonal brand assets and style templates.
  • Maintain organised file management systems, including naming conventions and version control, to support efficient team collaboration.
  • Ensure all creative output is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with dusk's brand tone, seasonal direction, and campaign objectives.

Non-Negotiable:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and preparing artwork for print.
  • Experience designing retail campaign collateral and multi-page documents.
  • Proficient in Canva for internal design tasks and template management.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.

Negotiable / Nice to Have:

  • Photo retouching and image editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Figma.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and brand consistency.

Educational Attainment

Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
