Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for bold, creative design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas matter? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and help us craft visually stunning designs and multimedia content that captivate, communicate, and convert.

You'll be at the heart of our creative process—taking the lead on visual design, editing videos, collaborating with clients, and bringing marketing campaigns to life across a range of digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Design & Develop Visual Content: Create high-quality designs for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Edit & Produce Video Content: Craft compelling video content for campaigns, social channels, and promotional use, ensuring alignment with brand and platform specifications.
  • Collaborate with Clients & Teams: Participate in client briefings and strategy sessions, offering creative insights and turning feedback into polished deliverables.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines while tailoring content to specific stakeholder or campaign needs.
  • Leverage Design Tools: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other tools to execute top-tier creative work.
  • Support Campaign Strategy: Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts that support campaign objectives.
  • Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up with design trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of your work.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally within a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and multimedia projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and similar platforms.
  • Experience working collaboratively on client-focused projects and contributing to creative strategy.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic UX/UI design concepts (a plus, not required).
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a passion for collaboration.
  • Availability to work during Melbourne, Australia business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST).
