About the Job

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong expertise in social media content

creation and digital design, along with the ability to support print and branding projects.

This remote role is ideal for a highly creative designer who excels at developing modern

digital content—especially for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram—but can also create

polished marketing materials, brand assets, and visual identity elements.

You'll collaborate closely with our content, digital marketing, and creative teams to produce

social content, digital graphics, brand collateral, and other marketing assets across multiple

industries. This role requires excellent design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to

deliver high-quality creative that aligns with both digital and traditional marketing needs.

Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Design


• Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, short-form content, and digital assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.


• Create on-brand layouts for blogs and email content.


• Translate content strategies, messaging, and campaign concepts into compelling visual designs.


• Stay current on digital design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Branding & Print Support


• Assist in designing brand assets including logos, icons, typography systems, and visual identity elements.


• Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, signage, and promotional material.


• Maintain brand consistency across both print and digital environments.


• Support designers and strategists in building brand guides and templated materials.

General Creative Duties


• Resize, adapt, and repurpose creative for various platforms and formats.


• Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams, ClickUp & Dropbox.


• Maintain organized file systems and deliver final files in correct formats.


• Support multiple client accounts at once and consistently meet deadlines.


• Contribute creative ideas to improve content performance and brand impact.

Qualifications


• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience including digital, social, and branding work.


• Strong portfolio featuring social media graphics, brand design, and print collateral.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).


• Strong understanding of social media design standards, aspect ratios, and platform trends.


• Ability to create content that aligns with both marketing strategy and brand identity.


• Experience producing print-ready files and understanding of basic print specifications.


• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to work in a remote environment.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.


• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.


• Fluency in written English; comfortable with daily communication.


• Amenable to start ASAP.


• Amenable to work nightshift (EST).
