Job Brief

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to create e-commerce and product-focused visuals for a growing health supplements and cosmetics brand. You'll work across product packaging, advertising creatives, and digital brand assets to support both contract manufacturing clients and internal product development. From concept to product design execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Design packaging, labels, and product images for supplements and cosmetics

  • Create engaging digital assets including Amazon/Shopify visuals, infographics, and ad creatives

  • Develop graphics for Meta, Google, and Instagram campaigns

  • Maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, and design elements

  • Translate written briefs into polished designs with minimal guidance

  • Produce creative concepts tailored to performance and conversion goals

  • Collaborate asynchronously and provide clear updates via Slack or email

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce or product branding

  • Proven portfolio of work across Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms

  • Strong concept and design skills for static and animated ad creatives

  • Excellent understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual communication

  • Ability to take initiative and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Software Proficiency:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign (advantageous)

  • Figma

  • Canva

Desirable:

  • Experience with health, beauty, or supplement brands

  • Familiarity with conversion-focused creative strategies

  • Understanding of the principles of advertising psychology

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong eye for detail and brand cohesion

  • Proactive with the ability to work independently

  • Receptive to feedback and creative iteration

  • Excellent communication skills

Education:

No formal qualification required. A degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field is an advantage.
