We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create innovative and effective visual designs using Adobe Creative Suite tools. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong understanding of creative and corporate graphic design principles, with the ability to develop high-quality designs that meet specific requirements. This role is critical for delivering visually appealing and engaging graphic designs that enhance overall brand identity and messaging.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Design and develop creative and corporate graphic designs, including logos, brochures, and other marketing materials, using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Create high-quality visual designs that meet specific requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve design quality.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various formats, including digital and print.
  • Conduct design research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall design quality.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback, with a willingness to adapt to changing design requirements.
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
