About Us

We are a growing real estate team seeking an Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Transactions to support our agents and clients throughout the contract-to-close process. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and efficiency. If you are highly organized and have experience with KW Command , DocuSign and SkySlope (Preferred), we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing through closing.
  • Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and contract details.
  • Organize, upload, and maintain digital transaction documents.
  • Update records in Command, SkySlope, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.(Preferred)
  • Provide general administrative support including emails, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) to manage files and team communications.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or administrative assistant in real estate.
  • Proficiency with KW Command, Docusign and SkySlope (Preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

- Competitive pay, based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php59, Php62,500.00 per month
