Logistics Assistant/Order Management Coordinator
As a Logistics Assistant - will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of orders to the customers' warehouses on time & in full through the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager. This person will play a visible role and will work closely with internal teams consisting of brands, functional teams, regional and global counterparts to ensure efficient flow of products. Moreover, this person will work closely with external party, mostly 3rd party logistics provider to ensure achievement of business goals and functional KPIs.
As an Order Management Coordinator (Interim) - will be the visible person in the order management process that will work with cross-functional teams in making sure that the correct replenishment and stock rotation plans are in place. Likewise, this role will oversee the reverse logistics part and return to vendor activities of the company
Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Warehousing and Distribution
- Works with 3rd party provider in ensuring that warehouse operations and processes are in place and points out areas for improvement to Supply Chain Manager.
- Ensures that 3PL reports are sent based on the agreed frequency to provide timely business snapshot.
- Monitors and tracks 3PL KPI performance.
- Primary responsible for all distribution activities, including but not limited to, truck bookings, delivery prioritization and allocation.
- Looks after 3rd party warehouse checkers and in-charge of proper manpower allocation to support all delivery and pull-out activities.
- Monitors, tracks and updates the team on all shipments until the goods reaches its destination.
- Through the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager, ensures full compliance to all laws related to warehousing and distribution activities.
Order Management
- Generates monthly retailer inventory reports to be used by cross-functional groups in inventory analysis reports.
- Performs sales and inventory analysis using the WebProposal Tool in order to come up with counter replenishment plans.
- Initiated stocks rotations in order to optimize inventory holding across all locations within the supply chain.
- Works with customer service and logistics team in ensuring that replenishment and reallocation plans are completed within the prescribed time frame.
- Works with Demand Planning, Brand and Inventory Management Teams to ensure that marketing plans are properly supported with sufficient stocks.
- Acts as POC for any inventory related concerns from SEMs/SEEs.
- Produces regular monthly report but not limited to monthly bestsellers, overstock and aging inventories. Return to Vendor and Reverse Logistics
- With the guidance of Supply Chain Manager, leads in the quarterly batch coding exercise to generate reports on counter inventory health check used for the return to vendor (RTV) process.
- Monitors retailer creation of RTV documents, leads in the actual pull-out process and turn-over to end users (destruction, marketing, corporate store, etc.)
- Works with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely completion of the RTV process following the set monthly deadlines.
Business Intelligence
- Works with Supply Chain Manager and Brand Teams to ensure all run rates are properly available in BI as feed to the order management process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
