A prestigious organization representing major manufacturer of state-of-the-art medical equipment and devices is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking professionals to complement its nationwide service and will work as a LOGISTIC ASSISTANT:

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics /Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent

Required skill(s): adaptable, analytic thinker, customer orientation, detail oriented, high sense of initiative, organize and problem solver

With 1 years of working experience as Logistics assistant handling schedule of Operations

With Good communications Skills

Job Responsibilities:

Handles the schedule of Service and Operations department.

Finalize the schedule of drivers and messengers, including the trucks and company cars

Coordinate with sub-departments supervisor regarding the schedule of Biomedical Engineers

Knows how to initiate and voluntarily asks on what are To-Dos of the position she applied for.

Willing to extend working time (meaning willing to have overtime at work)

Have patience not just with her work but as well as with the co-employees he/she handles.

Easily reached through phone even not during work hours (For communication regarding the schedule: Cooperative / Dedication at work.

Organized and knows how to solve a problem within a given situation (If in any case, lack of manpower / basic needs in delivering, etc.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Php15,910.00 per month
