HR Supervisor

Oversees key facets of human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, fosters employee engagement, and upholds regulatory compliance.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with department heads to establish job qualifications through Job Description (JD) development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels/platforms, supervise the recruiting team, and select viable job advertising options.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment strategies.
Payroll and Timekeeping
- Supervise the Payroll Section and ensure efficient payroll management.
- Process and review payroll for all employees, including monitoring payroll deductions for top management.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Directly supervise the preparation and administration of payroll in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
- Implement standard policies in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave, medical, and insurance, per company policies.
- Conduct wage surveys within the labor market to determine competitive pay rates.
Performance Management
- Oversee the implementation of the Annual Performance Management System.
- Monitor regularization processes and employee performance evaluations.
Company Policies & Procedures
- Maintain, design, and revise the company handbook in compliance with applicable laws.
- Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts for all employees.
Regulatory Compliance
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and working methods to comply with labor regulations.
Learning and Development
- Develop and oversee the annual training plan based on the needs of departments and branches.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize special functions and events to boost employee engagement.
- Provide counseling services to employees and manage employee complaints effectively.
General Services
- Supervise the General Services Section and ensure smooth operational support.
Management Responsibilities
- Provide quarterly and annual reports on HR department activities.
- Collaborate with consultants and legal advisors for HR development and compliance.
- Set and monitor performance indicators and manage the development and growth of staff.
Budget Management
- Monitor and manage costs, expenses, and prepare the HR department budget.
- Work within the approved FY24 HR and Admin OPEX budget.
