  • Graduate of any Business Related Courses
  • With strong organizational and analytical skills
  • With sufficient knowledge and background on warehouse operations and management
  • Above-average communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software is an advantage

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensures proper and efficient maintenance, arrangement and recording of all incoming supplies, equipment, machineries, consumables, trade and non-trade, Construction and Engineering supplies, materials, etc.
  • Ensures proper and systematic recording of all incoming and outgoing supplies, materials, equipment, machineries for replacement or for repair
  • Controls and monitors inventory levels and ensures accuracy by conducting monthly physical count with Accounting personnel, reconciles with data storage system
  • Ensures that request of each department are processed efficiently and the deliveries of materials, supplies and other requisitions meet the departments' requests and needs
  • Ensures that all fixed assets of the business units are properly monitored, labeled, updated and accounted for
  • Maintains housekeeping standards and makes constant improvements inside and within the premise of the warehouse area
  • Monitors the office supplies stock level of all business units and construction and engineering materials, supplies, equipment parts, consumables, non-trade, etc.
  • Performs daily tasks or functions that may be assigned from time-to-time in relation to warehouse activities and operations
  • Trains, mentors and coaches the warehouse staff on the department's policies and procedures
