Roles And Responsibilities
Does and Delivers (
The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic selling plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis and business objectives.
Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
Address their needs, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
Pricing and Profitability:
Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
Data Analysis and Innovation:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
Market Awareness:
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and tactics.

Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

*QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)
Experience*
- Ideally, 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, including leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.

- Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of the relevant industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
