Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Segment Factory QC Manager located in Manila AND for LOCALS ONLY. The Segment Factory QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the factory. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with the production team to implement quality improvements. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, preparing quality control reports, and resolving any quality-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to inspect materials and monitor production processes
  • Skills in report preparation and record maintenance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila
  • Previous experience in the tunnelling or construction industry is a plus
  • Relevant technical or engineering degree or certifications
