Job Summary:
  • The Accounting Supervisor is Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting department. The candidate has strong knowledge of financial statements, tax reporting, and extensive experience working with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government agencies. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and facilitate accurate financial reporting.
Key job responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Prepare and file accurate tax reports, including VAT, BIR forms, and other government compliance documents. Coordinate with BIR and other government agencies for audits, tax assessments, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tax filings and payments.
  • Monitor and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Maintain an organized system of record-keeping for all financial documents and reports.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and government regulations affecting the company.
  • Report to Director and Accounting Manager in Vietnam
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on taxation and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience working with BIR and government agencies .
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Female is preferred.
