The accounting supervisor of CW Home Depot will oversee the tenant and sales accounts and reports and supervise the activities of the accounting assistants,

  • Reviews and audit supplier's and tenant's sales reports
  • Maintains and Reviews Monthly Sales book per POS machine.
  • Analyze post-void transactions, adjust them to proper accounts, and reconcile them if needed.
  • Analyze all types of tender, make adjustments, and reconcile if needed.
  • Audits cash and check sales deposits.
  • Ensure that all Sales Invoices and Delivery receipts are booked accordingly.
  • Coordinates with the tenants regarding their sales transactions.
  • Coordinates with the Audit department regarding unreconciled suppliers' and tenants' sales reports.
  • Reconciles all open redeemed credit memos against credit memos deposited in SAP.
  • Analyze all redeemed gift certificates and post them to proper accounts in SAP.
  • Oversees and monitors work of the accounting assistant and filing clerk
  • Performs other tasks assigned from time to time

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related program
  • With at least one year of work experience in an Accounting role in a supervisory capacity
  • Knowledgeable in taxation (i.e., 2307, VAT, and others), accounting processes, and procedures.
