
Sales Training Specialist

Purpose of the Role
As the Sales Training Specialist, you are primarily responsible in pre, during and post conduct of training programs for distributors. You will prepare logistics, invitations, promotions to target audience of programs that will be conducted. You will conduct, monitor, review and help to update training programs to ensure that materials are constantly relevant in the improvement of the skills and knowledge of distributors. You will also submit training reports on time after every session.
Responsibilities of the Role
Increase sales intermediaries activation
Conduct training programs anchored on conversion to coding and activation on a monthly basis.
- Conduct pre and post evaluations to determine improvement points.
Improve training materials and tools related to activation.
Increase sales intermediaries productivity
Conduct training programs to improve skills and knowledge of intermediaries to be more productive.
- Conduct pre and post evaluations to determine improvement points.
Improve training materials and tools related to productivity.
Improve overall sales intermediaries experience in training and development
Partner with sales leaders to assess needs and gaps in knowledge and skills of intermediaries.
- Develop training programs with complete tools.
- Continuous effort on his/her personal development (skills and knowledge).
Requirements of the Role
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Communications or Marketing
- At least 2 years work experience in training and development, with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
- Advanced knowledge on MS Powerpoint Application
- Exposure in training leaders is preferred
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
