QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must be a graduate of IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, technical support, or any software/IT-related field
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Familiar with software applications, troubleshooting methods, and ticketing systems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
- Ensure positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, thereby attaining client retention
- Handle client service or support-related incoming requests
- Respond to and resolve complex client issues through incident recognition, research, isolation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up.
- Update on status and completion in the ticketing system and to users through all means of communication
