QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, technical support, or any software/IT-related field
  • Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Familiar with software applications, troubleshooting methods, and ticketing systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
  • Ensure positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, thereby attaining client retention
  • Handle client service or support-related incoming requests
  • Respond to and resolve complex client issues through incident recognition, research, isolation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up.
  • Update on status and completion in the ticketing system and to users through all means of communication
