We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Cebu. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates, career shifters, or individuals with or without BPO experience who are eager to start or build their career in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or account information.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets (e.g., quality scores, attendance, productivity).
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Open to all education levels (High School / Senior High School graduates, College level, or graduates are welcome).
  • With or without BPO/call center experience – training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
