Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account
Location: Cebu / Aayala Cebu Business Park and Mactan Newtown Site
Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱27,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. This is your chance to be part of a supportive, stable, and long-term career in the BPO industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and providers with healthcare-related inquiries (coverage, benefits, claims, authorizations).
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document and process customer interactions in line with company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with HIPAA and account policies.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (new or old curriculum) Senior High School graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months or 1 year BPO experience (healthcare or related account preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Willing to work onsite (Cebu / Mactan Newtown).
