Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (Cebu City)

Start Date: October | Up to ₱24,000 Monthly Package

What you'll do:

  • Provide professional support to patients, providers, and healthcare partners

  • Handle inquiries related to benefits, claims, and coverage

  • Deliver empathetic and solutions-focused customer service

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation

  • Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals

Who we're looking for:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate

  • With or without BPO experience

  • Okay to excellent communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

  • Open to shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
