Content Administrator

Location: Remote in Manila, Philippines

Hours: 40 hours per week (for example, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm)

Position Overview

FUGA's AVS/UGC team generates over 2 billion views every month on YouTube and manages the monetisation and utilisation of 20 million copyrights across more than 175 million videos worldwide.

As part of our team, you'll carefully listen to YouTube content and match it with our clients' music, ensuring they receive the revenue they deserve. The work is detail-oriented - headphones on, listening closely and picking up even the smallest sounds. While meticulous, it's incredibly rewarding for anyone with sharp ears and a passion for music. You'll receive progressive training over three months to help you succeed.

What You Do

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain manual claiming queues for assigned publishing and sound recording and CMS accounts
• Use proprietary tools and YouTube's CMS search system to uncover and track uses of our clients' music and audiovisual copyrights
• Dive into our extensive catalogue to identify new video usages, ensuring no track goes unnoticed
• Handle large-scale data management and reconciliation projects with accuracy and efficiency
• Support content ingestion and administration within the YouTube ecosystem

Assist with additional operational projects and day-to-day tasks that keep the AVS/UGC team running smoothly

Who You Are

• Passionate about music and pop culture with strong knowledge of the Billboard Top 100, pop, indie and production music
• Detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn with a genuine love of music discovery
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas is a bonus)
• Familiar with the YouTube ecosystem (experience with YouTube CMS is a plus)
• Skilled communicator, fluent in English (Spanish is advantageous)
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills with the resourcefulness to take ownership of projects
• A self-starter who thrives working independently after initial training
• Musical background, passionate music fan or experience in the music, TV or film industries is preferred
• Familiarity with publishing and licensing is a nice-to-have
