PC3 Jr. Partner (Partnership, Clients, Community & Collaborators)
JOB SUMMARY
He/She focuses on learning and supporting the PC3 framework (Partnership, Clients, Community & Collaborators) while assisting in client engagement, sales, and operational tasks. He/She will be responsible for supporting the development and management of relationships with EQ's clients, community members, and external partners.
Focusing on facilitating communication, identifying growth opportunities, and helping to enhance the organization's overall strategic alliances. He/She will work closely with Sr. PC3 Partners to build long-term partnerships that align with business goals which involves business development, client engagement, and partnership management to enhance EQ's brand visibility, strengthen internal and external stakeholders relationship, and foster mutually beneficial collaborations fostering a positive reputation in the industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes sales plans that are highly aligned with the marketing plans to achieve company & individual targets.
- Provides product demonstrations to target clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints to provide total sales experience.
- Competently handles various existing accounts and maintain continuous client relationship.
- Provides helpful analysis of the sales team performance and suggests learning experience development/refresher sessions accordingly.
- Conducts market research and enthusiastically shares findings with the team; keeps abreast on the economic trends that affect sales growth
- Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
- Setting sales targets and implementing its support process and system.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team similarly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop their skills in consultative selling, relationship management, and strategic business development.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and industry collaborations.
- Build and maintain a strong presence within the coffee and foodservice community.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year Sales experience preferably within the FMCG industry, hospitality or customer service field.
- Customer-Centric mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of various sales techniques, evaluation methods, and fullcycle sales processes.
- Self-driven, with strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Sales and Marketing principles
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other Sales reporting tools to track sales performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of partnership development and client relationship management.
- Passion for community building and creating positive impact through collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal) and client negotiation skills.
- Preferably holds a valid Driver's License and has the ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
- Experience in coffee or passion for the coffee industry is a plus but not required.
