About the ROLE

As a Mortgage Broking support, you will support behind the scenes for an Australian mortgage broking business, making sure the entire lending process runs smoothly from start to finish. This role suits someone organised, detail obsessed and confident working with loan systems and lending processes.

What YOU'LL DO

  • Confirm all required supporting documents are complete and correct
  • Populate loan application forms and complete Apply Online
  • Follow up with lenders to ensure timely progress
  • Request, review, collect, & ff up on client documents (IDs, payslips, bank statements, etc.)
  • Order property valuations and monitor booking/completion status
  • Complete pricing requests with lenders as directed by the broker
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure client files are up to data & in line with compliance standards
  • Prepare basic compliance documents (consent forms, disclosures)

What WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in mortgage broking support or a similar lending/admin role
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, loan systems, and Apply Online is a huge advantage
  • A proactive problem-solver who can chase, follow up, and stay ahead
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Strong organisational skills & confidence managing multiple tasks
