About the role

You'll play a key role in supporting brokers, handling self-employed clients, managing loan documents, and analysing financials while working with a team that values innovation, efficiency, and professional growth.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking.
  • Experience handling self-employed clients, including income verification and servicing.
  • Knowledge of living expenses analysis and financial assessment.
  • With solid experience using ApplyOnline
  • Experience with the end-to-end Mortgage Loan Process
  • A keen sense of organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research skills
  • Open for WFH setup
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist brokers in managing applications, from initial assessment to final approval.
  • Accurately input financial details, ensuring no decimal is out of place.
  • Navigate the nuances of servicing self-employed clients like a pro.
  • Analyse and verify clients' financials to help brokers structure loans effectively.
  • Request, rename, and file support documents with precision and care.
