Zion Financial is a modern, forward-thinking mortgage broking business based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We specialise in investment and home lending, helping Australians build long-term wealth through smart property finance strategies.

We're expanding our remote team and looking for a highly experienced Virtual Mortgage Broking Assistant based in the Philippines.

If you have strong English communication skills, know your way around ApplyOnline, and love creating a smooth client experience — this could be the perfect long-term role for you.


What You'll Do
  • Manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow
  • Call banks and lenders to follow up on applications, escalate files, and obtain updates
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and aggregators to collect documentation and follow up on outstanding items
  • Accurately input and manage data in ApplyOnline and lender portals
  • Prepare submission packs and compliance documentation
  • Track loan progress and keep the broker informed
  • Maintain organised digital client files and handle ad hoc admin support

About You
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broking Assistant, Loan Processor, or Credit Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of Australian home loan and investment loan processes
  • Confident using ApplyOnline and lender systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English — able to call banks and communicate professionally with clients and lenders
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Stable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (Australian business hours)
