The Marketing and Events Associate requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills to ensure successful implementation of both digital and on-site marketing activities. This includes coordinating marketing materials, managing social media content, assisting in event setup and execution, and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Educational Background:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related course (college level or vocational/training background accepted with relevant experience)

Experience:

-At least 1 year of experience in social media management or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience may also be considered)

-Familiarity with managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

-Experience in planning or assisting in event logistics is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)

-Proficient in Canva, basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Clipchamp, or similar)

-Basic understanding of social media analytics and content scheduling tools

-Creative and up-to-date with current social trends

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-Ability to work independently and in a team setting

-Customer-focused and people-oriented

Work Attitude:

-Willing to work on weekends or holidays during events

-Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Detail-oriented and proactive

-Willing to be assigned on-site or travel to event locations if needed
