Integrated Marketing Associate

Full-Time | Marketing Branding Digital & Offline Campaigns

The Integrated Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of cohesive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and on-ground channels. This role ensures consistent branding, effective campaign implementation, and smooth coordination between marketing, sales, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and schedule digital content, including product highlights and promotional posts
  • Coordinate online campaigns, collaborations, boosted ads, and page insights
  • Support basic graphic layout or short-form video content using Canva or similar tools
  • Monitor online inquiries, engagement, and customer feedback

Traditional & Offline Marketing

  • Help plan and execute mall events, store activities, product demos, and on-ground activations
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (posters, banners, standees)
  • Support store branding, merchandising, and campaign rollouts
  • Ensure brand consistency in physical locations and printed materials

Integrated Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for promotions and partnerships
  • Support product launches across all platforms—online, in-store, and events
  • Track campaign schedules and deadlines

Market & Product Support

  • Conduct basic market research (competitor checks, pricing, customer behavior)
  • Prepare product write-ups, promotional briefs, and marketing decks
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Administrative Support

  • Maintain documentation of campaign assets, approvals, and marketing materials
  • Assist in budget monitoring for campaigns and activities
  • Coordinate logistics for events and store visits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related course
  • at least 1 year experience in digital marketing, events coordination, or retail marketing
  • Basic skills in Canva, photo/video editing, or content creation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Creative, organized, and able to multitask
  • Willing to travel for events and store activities when needed
  • Knowledge or interest in gadgets/retail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
