· Builds and implements viable digital marketing strategies for the resort

· Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.

· Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics

· Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events

· Develop, manage & design layouts needed for presentations, online postings, event support materials, and other relevant items.

· Involved in the planning, development & execution of digital programs & campaigns including social media, online advertising & other deliverables.

· Monitor competitors' marketing activities

· Mount promotional events and campaigns both online and offline

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent

· At least 1 year of work experience in marketing and hospitality industry

· Good communication skills both oral and written

· Must have a strong and analytical and project management skills

· Must be confident and have dynamic personality

· Analytical, organized, proactive and results-oriented

· Adept in Photoshop, video editing software, basic digital development and excel proficient.

· Ability to handle pressure and follow deadlines

· Detail-Oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities

· Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City
