The Marketing and Events Associate is responsible for promoting the arcade's brand through creative marketing campaigns, exciting in-store events, and engaging promotions. This role helps increase foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand visibility by planning and executing fun-filled activities and digital marketing efforts. The position requires creativity, strong organization skills, and a passion for entertainment and customer engagement.

Educational Background:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related course (college level or vocational/training background accepted with relevant experience)

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Experience:

-At least 1 year of experience in social media management or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios

or internship experience may also be considered)

-Familiarity with managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

-Experience in planning or assisting in event logistics is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)

-Proficient in Canva, basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Clipchamp, or similar)

-Basic understanding of social media analytics and content scheduling tools

-Creative and up-to-date with current social trends

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-Ability to work independently and in a team setting

-Customer-focused and people-oriented

Work Attitude:

-Willing to work on weekends or holidays during events

-Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Detail-oriented and proactive

-Willing to be assigned on-site or travel to event locations if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
