Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Events Officer to help drive brand visibility, execute impactful marketing campaigns, and facilitate strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns, all aimed at boosting the company's profile and supporting the growth of the Carbon Market and other C2W projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing events and campaigns in line with brand guidelines, contributing to overall marketing strategy.
  • Support event planning, budgeting, coordination, and on-the-ground execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Draft and review marketing content for events, activations, and other brand-related activities to maintain clear and impactful messaging.
  • Maintain brand compliance and ensure all marketing activities reflect the company's identity, goals, and values.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals with the Digital Marketing Officer, reviewing content and collaborating with suppliers.
  • Assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan, collaborating with relevant teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing activities.
  • Write clear and compelling copies for promotional materials, feature articles, and other marketing communications.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the execution of marketing events, addressing concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in marketing, events, or related roles.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and creative thinking skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
