The Store Supervisor / Front-of-House Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Char Dining Express Philippines, Inc. To ensure smooth service flow, excellent guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience. The position plays a key part in fostering teamwork, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Coordinate daily dining operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring positive guest experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and back-of-house teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory of dining supplies and assist in cost-control measures.
  • Conduct training and coaching to develop staff skills and maintain high service standards.
  • Support management in implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and store goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, food or hospitality environment.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  6. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with sound judgment under pressure.
  7. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  9. Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management.
  10. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
