We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring quality standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
  • Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workflows on the manufacturing floor.
  • Ensure production schedules are met in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to improve performance and promote a high-performing culture.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
