About the role

We are seeking customer-focused Branch Associates to join our team at our Kristoffee Heights branch in Naic, Cavite. As a Branch Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of our local branch. This is a full-time position based in our Naic, Cavite location.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Processing customer transactions and payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining branch supplies and ensuring a well-organised and presentable work environment
• Providing support to the Operations Supervisor and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
• Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the water industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
