About the role

As the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor at APOLLO LENS MANUFACTURING PHILIPPINES, INC.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution activities. This full-time position is based in Naic Cavite, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our fast-paced manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning
2. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies
3. Analyse and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
4. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring tight control over stock levels
5. Liaise with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
6. Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
7. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to protect employees and maintain a safe work environment
8. Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
2. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics best practices
3. Proficient in using warehouse management software and relevant IT systems
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
6. Proven leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop a team
7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehousing or logistics setting
