Qualifications:

· At least High School Graduate or ALS Passer.

· Strong understanding of production standards and testing techniques.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.

· Physically fit and willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

· Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not required (willing to train).

· Willing to be assigned in Cavite Technopark, Sabang, Naic, Cavite.

Job Description:

· Operate production equipment and machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines.

· Perform assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Conduct basic testing and measurements of products based on production specifications.

· Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues to supervisors.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to cleanroom protocols.

· Accurately record production data and report output and downtime as required.

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
