Job Description
- Oversee the overall operations of the station
- Supervise and coordinate the tasks of cashiers and pump attendants
- Create and manage employee work schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee delivery receipts
- Generate sales reports and reconcile daily and weekly reports, along with other required documentation for management
- Train both new hires and current employees
- Identify and report any operational issues and propose effective solutions
- Implement strategies to enhance employee motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in managing a gas station is an advantage
- Must be open to assignment at any of our cavite locations
- Immediate availability is preferred
