The Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for ALC wall panels (Luftcrete). This role involves building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and architects, expanding the customer base, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The Sales Manager will also train and support the sales team while coordinating with operations for smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for ALC panel products.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify potential clients in construction, housing, and real estate sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure proper product installation support when needed.
  • Represent the company in industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Background in construction materials or real estate sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects.
