About the role
Join UNO Adventure & Holidays as a Sales Manager in our Mandurriao, Iloilo City office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth. With a focus on strategic planning, client relationship management and team development, you will be a key contributor to the success of our dynamic travel company.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Contribute to the development of sales policies, processes and tools
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive performance
- Familiarity with sales strategies and best practices in the travel industry
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
