Ticketing Officer

About the role

Join the dynamic team at UNO Adventure & Holidays' as a Ticketing Officer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing ticket sales, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Based in our Mandurriao Iloilo City Iloilo office, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing hospitality and tourism business.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling all aspects of ticket sales, including processing bookings, issuing tickets, and managing customer inquiries
2. Maintaining accurate records and inventory of available tickets and reservations
3. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner
4. Assisting with the coordination of travel logistics and accommodations as required
5. Collaborating with the broader team to ensure a seamless and efficient ticketing and reservations process
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a ticketing or reservations role within the hospitality or tourism industry
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
4. Proficient in using ticketing and reservation systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite
5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
6. A passion for the hospitality and tourism industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
