Position: Anytime Fitness Club Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the gym's operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

  • Manage staff effectively to maintain high performance standards.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets, while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and members, promoting health and fitness goals.
  • Handle customer relations with professionalism, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize marketing management techniques to enhance the center's visibility and attract new clients.
  • Maintain organized systems for scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
  • Uphold a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid management experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Passion for health and fitness with a demonstrated commitment to promoting wellness.
  • Strong general business acumen with a focus on sales and operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer relation skills, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive, motivating, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.
  • Well-versed in marketing management techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
