Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Operations Manager (AI & Technology Focus) who will lead the organizations digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives. This role will design and implement AI-driven systems, workflow automations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of operational leadership, AI fluency, and systems thinking, aligned with the companys mission of regenerative placemaking and sustainable development.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee and optimize the organizations operational processes and workflows through automation and AI integration.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge bases to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify operational gaps and deploy AI agents and tools to streamline daily activities.
• Implement data-driven strategies to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage system migrations, digital tools, and integration across business units.
• Support leadership with insights, dashboards, and process innovation aligned with strategic goals.
• Partner with the technology and marketing/software teams to ensure a unified AI and automation strategy.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Operations, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion AI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• Experience in social impact, sustainability, or regenerative development sectors preferred.
