About the Role

Callhounds Global is looking for confident and motivated Cold Callers to support our Australian account. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who thrive in sales and enjoy making outbound calls. With a weekday work setup and weekends off, you'll have the balance you need while achieving professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to Australian businesses or customers.
  • Introduce and promote products/services while identifying client needs.
  • Generate leads and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during all client interactions.
  • Update and manage call records, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Consistently hit daily/weekly KPIs in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and calling strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience (BPO background preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (comfortable with Australian clients).
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections positively.
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City (AU shift).
