About the Role:

As a Tele Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects over the phone, building rapport, and generating quality leads or sales opportunities. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment-setting targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer experience by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and driven by performance.
  • Comfortable working with targets and quotas.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Amenable to work in a dayshift schedule with weekends off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php24,000.00 per month
