We are excited to announce the opening of our Seventh Store in the Philippines at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf in Quezon City.

Our goal is to create a stylish and comfortable buying experience,

where customers can visit as casually as they would a café.

Everyday, you can see a variety of Jewelry, Bags, and Watches. Let's provide the best hospitality to our customers through the purchase of their cherished items

We're looking for a reliable, customer-oriented individual to be part of our growing store in Ayala Malls Circuit. If you enjoy interacting with people, have a cheerful personality, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to meet you.

Store Staff Receptionist – Jewel Café (Ayala Malls Cloverleaf)

◎ Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Attend to phone inquiries and share our business concept confidently
  • Provide appropriate services to customers selling their items.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly goals.
  • Perform day-to-day operational duties such as shop opening, closing, and housekeeping.
  • Support appraisal activities after training.

☆ Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.
  • Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with computer use and basic MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Responsible, punctual, and self-disciplined
  • Customer-service oriented, a good team player, and has a positive attitude.
  • Interested in learning about appraisals and customer engagement.

☆From When?

The Opening Schedule is in mid to last week of February 2026 and your starting work will be around last week of January 2026. However , this may change depending on the Construction works and Opening Status.

☆Compensation

  • 25,000PHP/month

☆Working Schedule

  • Working Hour: Shift Basis, 10am-8pm, in accordance with Mall Rules
  • 8h Working/day
  • 5 days working/ 2days leave including Holiday

☆Probation Period

6 months

☆Benefits

  • 3,000PHP(Transportation Allowance)
  • Shift system (with the ability to request preferred days off)
  • Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (5SL,5VL) up to a

maximum of 24 days (12SL,12VL) after the probationary period

  • 13th-month Bonus
