About the role

Good Pastry Café' is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our café premises, staff, and customers. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all who visit our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Patrolling and monitoring the café premises to detect and prevent any security breaches or incidents
  • Controlling and managing access to the café, including screening visitors and employees
  • Responding promptly and appropriately to any security-related emergencies or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related activities and incidents
  • Collaborating with the management team to implement and enforce security policies and procedures
  • Providing a friendly and professional presence to ensure a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security or related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and emergency services
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle security-related situations
  • Commitment to safety and security protocols, with a keen eye for detail
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of a Security Guard
  • A valid security guard license or certification
