Mid to Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Mid to Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client and business goals. They serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, mentor junior coordinators, and uphold best-practice project management standards to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for multiple software development initiatives from discovery through deployment.
  • Define project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client communications, project reporting, risk management, and change requests.
  • Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper project documentation including requirements, timelines, risk logs, status updates, and delivery reports.
  • Monitor project financials, estimates, and utilization to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Mentor junior project coordinators and support operational process improvements.
  • Uphold project management best practices and drive continuous delivery optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with tools such as , trello, notion or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, remote development teams.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes and QA best practices.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or related project management certification.
  • Experience managing e-commerce, SaaS, or custom application development projects.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design workflows and QA testing protocols.
  • Exposure to capacity planning, resource forecasting, and delivery metrics.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring team members or managing PMO processes.
