Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
  • Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in Accounts Receivable is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including email correspondence)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
  • Can start immediately
  • Preferably residing near or within South Caloocan City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer billing inquiries and collections
  • Verify and record monthly sales, returns, and credit memos
  • Update and review aged receivables; send monthly statements to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, sales reports, and journal entries
  • Assess creditworthiness of customers and assist in credit approval or denial process
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve account discrepancies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,127.25 per month
