Job Title: Cold Caller – Insurance & Financial Services

Job Description:

We are hiring a Cold Caller to join our team in the insurance and financial services industry. Your main responsibility will be to call potential leads and introduce our financial services using the provided script. You don't need to handle appointment booking — your job is purely calling and qualifying leads.

We provide scripts, training, and support, so you can focus on making quality calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads from our provided list.
  • Follow the script to introduce our financial and insurance services.
  • Gather lead interest and information, then pass it to the booking team.
  • Record call outcomes accurately.
  • Meet the daily target of at least 2–3 interested leads passed on for appointments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing (required).
  • Excellent spoken English and phone communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and goal-driven attitude.
  • Can start immediately (next week).

Work Schedule:

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time (4 hours per day)

Compensation:

Fixed salary: ₱10,000/month, paid weekly

Pay raises based on performance

Note:
